We have to admit that it is a little uncomfortable to make a page all about ourselves. We don't know that it really matters what college we graduated from or what flavor pizza we like. What does matter is that everyone on staff loves God, loves this church, loves you and loves each other. We spend a great deal of time together just having fun and eating (especially the eating part).
So rather than tell you too much about us on our website, we would rather get together with you and get to know you as well.
However, we do want you to know who to contact when you are ready to get involved here at FCC and a little about what drives each of us. To that end, we have included a small amount of information about what each of us oversees, a favorite quote and some ways to stay in contact with us below. We look forward to hearing from you and becoming a part of your family as you become a part of ours.
Brian oversees the main teaching of the church along with helping to determine the church's vision and direction. If you are interested in helping with adults studies or major service projects then Brian is the person to contact.
this one I often use as my prayer, "Never once in my life did I ask God for success or wisdom or power or fame. I asked for wonder, and He gave it to me." also by Abraham Joshua Heschel

If you need a Pastoral visit, are interested in our Missionary Outreach, getting involved in Men's or Women's Ministries, the CARS Ministry Team or serving through our Building and Grounds Team, this is the Brian to see. Or, if you are interested in Goldwing motorcycles, car shows or seeing pictures of his grandkids, he would love to meet you!
". . . have I ever mentioned that I have grandchildren?"
". . . uh, huh??"
Anything that relates to our students in 5th-12 Grade falls under JR. He also oversees our young adult activities. On top of that, he is heavily involved with a lot of our community service projects and compassion/justice opportunities.
If you are looking to get involved with helping others in our church, working with teens or serving our community, or you just want to talk about Harley-Davidsons, then get a hold of JR.

It wouldn't be right to say "janitor", "custodian" or "maintenance" with the way that Mark does his job. He cares for our facilities as a ministry, which is obvious in both the quality of work that he does and the attitude he does it with.
These guys are the bosses. They are the main overseeing board for the church who are responsible for major directional decisions and keeping track of Brian. They also oversee the finance team and work to keep their finger on the pulse of what our church needs and what God has called us to do.
